Today Clarke came out to inspect the house we are renting for a suspected rodent infestation. He thoroughly inspected the outside of our home, the roof, the garage, indoors, and crawled through the entire attic space. Excellent service! I had a very active gopher in my front yard. I chose Goodbye Rodent based on reviews and I'm happy to say I agree with all of them. Clarke came out the day after I called. I had several mounds of dirt and he placed traps in all of them. He came back the next day and the gopher was caught. He removed all the traps and put the dirt back in the holes. There was no guessing on how to approach the situation and he got immediate results. He also checked with me two days later to make sure there wasn't any further activity.

It kept me up at night worried about my lawn and all my landscaping. Clarke helped me find a solution to rid my home of this gopher that I felt very comfortable with. We had a very smart gopher so it took a few attempts but Clarke was determined, responsive and was not willing to give up until this gopher was gone. Fast service! Clarke came out quickly on a Sunday afternoon and stayed in contact via text until he arrived. Had a reptile in our backyard and was successful in under 10 minutes. Also requested to deal with a gopher that was destroying our front yard. Clarke came out several times to make sure the job was complete, and also followed up after the service was complete. I had uninvited visitors scurrying up in the attic. The dogs and I would hear them early morning and at sundown. Called Goodbye Rodent and within a couple days a very polite man by the name of Clarke came, inspected all around the roof, eaves, lower crawl space vents, and in the attic, spent 4 hours sealing up any potential entryways and set traps, then came and would check the traps all over every few days. Heard a scraping noise in my attic that kept me awake all night. I knew it was a rodent and I wanted to nip the problem in the bud before it got worse. Found Goodbye Rodent and contacted them based on reviews, and I can totally see why they are reviewed so well! I received a response immediately. They wasted no time in scheduling a consultation. Clarke arrived with Hunter, and they were polite and professional and did a thorough inspection, and clearly explained the findings and their suggestion for a remedy. All cracks, holes, and other openings were sealed that day by Clarke and Hunter, and traps were laid. Even after I had to leave my house, they stayed to finish the job. Clarke kept in contact regularly to check the traps until he was satisfied the rodents were not getting back in. It's been a few months now and I haven't heard a peep from the attic! I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Highly recommend!

Goodbye Rodent got us scheduled quickly and came by for a weekend inspection. Clarke and Dama were professional, pleasant and extremely thorough during their inspection. They took the time to show us where rats and mice were getting in and they explained in simple terms what should be done. We let them know that we refuse to use any kind of poison that may harm any of the local wildlife, and they explained that as well as using traps, they use non-secondary kill products when necessary so that only rodents are affected. Highly recommended and a great alternative to the massive corporate exterminators.

Rod goes above and beyond for his customers. Rod came to our place in Thousand Oaks and thoroughly proofed all of our house from rodents being able to enter. Clarke and Diego did an excellent job rabbit proofing underneath our deck. They did an extremely thorough job of checking, they sealed everything off, and they added repellant underneath the deck. Rats in the attic. Put in a request for an inspection. They came out same day and took care of the problem. Identified the entry areas the rats were coming in and sealed them off, as well as set traps in the attic. They will come back in a few days to remove the dead rats and reset them until all are empty. Clarke is amazing. He explained everything in detail. Cool, calm kid!
